Fly Fishing and Wingshooting Community Leader
Both fly fishing and wingshooting are at the core of Orvis products, services and culture, and industry leadership in both sports is a critical part of the Orvis strategy for growth. In pursuit of future growth, Orvis has made significant investments in developing relationships with pro guides, media, lodges and non-profit organizations. The Fly Fishing & Wingshooting Community Leader will work to accelerate the growth within the fly angling and wingshooting communities by identifying strategies and opportunities to make Orvis the leading brand among the U.S. fly anglers and upland hunters. The Community Leader will connect with the angling and wingshooting communities, further develop and manage key relationships within those communities and coordinate specific marketing initiatives. The Community Leader will be asked to develop an annual community marketing plan, set annual goals and execute the plan .

Junior Product Designer – Fish/ Hunt
The Fly Fishing and Hunting Product Development team is seeking a Junior Product Designer responsible for the development, growth, and profit of key Orvis-branded product. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate willing to jump in and assist on multiple projects at once. You will contribute to all stages of development, from initial research and sketching, through 3D modeling and prototyping.

The ideal candidate should have a background in Industrial Design with strong form development, sketching skills, and an understanding of soft goods. You will support all areas of development with specific tasks including: product research, ideation/sketching, brainstorming, 3D modeling, prototyping, and tech-pack creation. If you have a strong passion for design and are eager to learn, we want you!

IT Systems Engineer
The IT Systems Engineer will be responsible for the installation, upgrade and maintenance of applications, middleware, and servers, which includes the installation of new software releases and system upgrades, and evaluation/installation of patches. You will also be responsible for system server life cycle, may assist in planning, developing and deploying a variety of on-premise and remote solutions and systems.  These responsibilities involve analyzing business needs and opportunities, developing and executing system enhancements and new technology installations as well as providing technical support and training. Additional duties of the IT Systems Engineer include helping to implement and maintain the architecture necessary for departmental systems integration with other applications and troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems with the systems to include application, connectivity, and server problems. You will also plan and implement operating procedures for backup and recovery processes Services.

Retail Fishing Manager – Bellevue, WA; Bethesda, MD; Birmingham, AL; Carmel, IN; Charlotte, NC; Dedham, MA; and Richmond, VA.
The Orvis Retail Fishing Manager is a retail professional role model in attitude and appearance who drives sales and profit growth by providing a world-class shopping experience to all Orvis customers.  The Fishing Manager assists the Store Manager in all management duties of the retail store, is responsible for the daily operations of the fly-fishing department, and demonstrates excellent business acumen including visual merchandising, sales analysis, and success in selling fishing, outdoor and the wider range of Orvis products.
